Rick Jensen - Coach

Rick has been immersed in CrossFit for the past seven years and has been coaching for over two of them. As a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer, Rick is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s mastering complex movements like the snatch or performing their first rope climb.

Before finding CrossFit, Rick struggled to stick with a fitness routine, but CrossFit quickly became a lifestyle he couldn’t imagine living without. He also loves the competitive side of the sport and enjoys pushing his limits as a masters athlete. For Rick, the challenge of learning and mastering new skills later in life makes every success even more rewarding.

Rick's approach to coaching is rooted in a genuine love for helping others progress, no matter where they’re starting from. His dedication to constant improvement inspires both himself and the athletes he works with every day.
